Directed by Praneesh Vijayan, The Pet Detective stars Sharaf U Dheen and Anupama Parameswaran in lead roles. The film is a mix of comedy, mystery, and action an all-round entertainer that promises to keep audiences laughing and guessing till the end.
About the Movie
The Pet Detective follows Tony Jose Alula, a young man who joins his father’s detective agency to prove himself and win over his love, Kaikeyi Menon. What begins as a job finding lost pets quickly turns into a dangerous mission involving kidnappers and smugglers. Packed with humour, twists, and heartfelt moments, the film captures the charm and chaos of Tony’s journey as a “pet detective” who bites off more than he can chew.
The movie features an impressive cast including Vinay Forrt, Vinayakan, Bhagath Manuel, Joemon Jyothir, and Vijayaraghavan.
Behind the scenes, the film brings together some of Malayalam cinema’s best talents. Music by Rajesh Murugesan, cinematography by Anend C Chandran, and editing by Abhinav Sunder Nayak. The production design is by Dino Shankar, with stunts choreographed by Mahesh Mathew.
